Please save Sunday, July 30 for a tour of two historic homes built in 1928: Villa Leon, the estate of Dr. Anna Fuchs at 17948 Porto Marina Way, and the Cody home at 216 Notteargenta.

We will tour the home on Notteargenta, then proceed to Villa Leon for a tour, followed by a wine and cheese party on the terrace.

This will be a fun community event and also a fundraiser for your home owners association.
