We are the Castellammare Mesa Home Owners, an association with seven Board members, an Architectural Committee and an Advisory Committee.
The primary responsibility of the CMHO is to uphold the CC&Rs, which are the covenants, conditions, and restrictions governing our community.
The CMHO serves approximately two hundred homes in the beautiful neighborhood of Castellammare in Pacific Palisades, California.
The Annual General Meeting convenes every February to elect Board members and discuss new business. Be sure to attend and vote!
Your dues and donations enable the Board and the Architectural Committee to uphold the CC&Rs and to protect views for all of our homeowners.
Any project outside the current structure of your home should be discussed with our Architectural Committee prior to commencing building.
The annual CMHO picnic takes place every September and is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and enjoy a tasty barbecue.
