Your dues continue to support the important work of the CMHO Board of Directors and the Architectural Committee in upholding the CC&Rs, protecting views, enhancing our neighborhood with community-related initiatives, such as Day of Beauty (brush clearance / weed and trash removal along curb lines) and providing funds for the equipment rentals and children’s activities at the annual picnic. The Board provides extra services to dues-paying members, including quarterly newsletters, email announcements, crime and safety alerts, and Architectural Committee updates. In addition, you receive a GETTY VILLA card when you become a member of CMHOA.
